OpenDaylight Lithium SR2のインストール

Downloadページ (https://www.opendaylight.org/downloads) から入手できる Getting Started Guide を参考にすれば良いでしょう。

開発環境を作らない場合は、JavaのインストールとOpenDaylightのダウンロードと解凍以上の手順はありません。

JavaもOpenDaylightもサイズが大きいので、ダウンロードに時間がかかるくらいでしょうか。

説明するほどのものではありませんが、手順のサンプルは以下のようになります。

$ sudo yum update
$ sudo yum install -y java-1.7.0-openjdk maven unzip
$ sudo vi /etc/environment

OpenDaylightを動かすとき

いくつかの動作例では、 ./bin/karaf としてOpenDaylightを起動していますが、この場合コンソールから抜け出すとOpenDaylightも終了してしまいます。

SDNコントローラとして動かし続けることを考えると、デーモンとして起動した方が良いでしょう。

その場合はこうします:

$ ./bin/start
$ ssh karaf@localhost -p 8101
Password authentication
Password: karaf

OpenDaylightが起動するまで少し時間がかかるかもしれませんが、ssh出来るようになるまでのんびり待ちましょう。

karafを利用しているため、不明なことがあればそちらのドキュメントも参照してください。

とりあえず、動き始めることまでが確認できたので、まずは一旦おしまいです。
